Let's do some cleaning:
Go
here and download Java Ra. Doubleclick to extract the files and then doubleclick on JavaRa.exe to run it. Choose Search for Updates if you do not have JRE 6 Update 16 installed (Java Ra will show you what version is installed). Once the latest version is installed, click on Uninstall all previous versions and when finished, click on Additional Tasks > Cleanup useless files.
If you want to keep Spybot, uninstall it and download the newest version from
here
Click Start>Run then type
msconfig
Click "Normal startup" then click "Apply"
Reboot and post a new RSIT log.
