If things work well the registry should be left as is, but of course infection needs to be exited from it. The log shows all those items still disabled through msconfig. Did you re-enable them as asked, or perhaps use some other software that has them disabled? If you did not enable them, do so now, reboot, and run the same scan again and post back the logs again please. With them disabled the infection will not get cleaned out.
