Questions?

1. Do you have a separate Video Card installed? If so and you have on-board video, then remove card and try using the on-board and see if it boots, as your Video driver could be corrupt or the card itself is bad.

2. Get into BIOS SETUP, usually a "F" key, 1st screen tells you and find where you can set it to defaults, do that and "Save and Exit". See if it boots.

3. You tried "Repair your Computer" but not working, have you tried "Last Known Configuration"?

4. Have you tried System Restore? If you can get it into Safe Mode, go to Start type in System Restore hit <Enter> If you do have several restore points find one maybe just before a Windows Update.

Also if you have Norton Anti-Virus, disable it.
