No audio output device ?
I have Prsario f700 laptop. Today the sound is gone. The sound icon has a red cross and says 'No Audio Output Device is installed'.
I have something called Driver Scanner Installed I,ve no idea where it came from! anyway I ran it and it says two drivers are missing:
NVIDIA GeForce 700/nForce 610M
Atheros AR5007 802.11b/gWiFi Adapter
I tried to find these with no luck, I did download one from nvidia center but it wouldent install, probably the wrong one.
Maybe this is not the cause anyway no idea, it,s worked fine for years.
Have tried System Restore that made no diferance.
Any help greatfully recived.
