Impossible Burger

Terrible.

Mitigating was that it was served as institutional food (a hospital), but still bitter, dry, and not anything at all like real meat.

IDK whether or not this will prove to be unhealthy; no one ever got proof that GMO food was really bad for you or for the environment, but those things aren't heavily processed the way Impossible meat is, but I doubt there's enough taste to make it popular (except amongst those who also like flavor free Chik-Fil-A sandwiches).

I guess it is OK if you just use the Impossible meat to carry the condiments into your mouth, but I'm not going to go off on what is wrong with that concept too.

Anybody with thoughts?
