Question 0x800F081F in Windows 10, what have I not tried?!

Hi CyberTechHelp,
Its been a long long time since I reached out and much has changed in my personal/professional world. Alas, this issue that has plagued me in the past is back and I am stumped again. This community has been the ONLY reliable place I have found that consistently helps me solve this issue and other stumped-related issues.

I got a warning about 2 weeks ago that Windows 10 couldnt update because something was out of date and the suggestion was to run a DSIM to fix the issue. I tried running it with the online source, tried downloading and mounting a disc image as source, and tried copying the ESD and making a WIM file and running DSIM with those files as source.
Everything is coming back with the same error:
0x800F081F
sys info:
  • Win10Home 64-bit
  • Intel i7-4700HQ 2.40GHzz
  • 16.0 gb
  • 1909 version
  • 18363.1556 OS build

Any ideas are welcomed and appreciated!
