Yes that's good. The error is generated by a non essential startup associated with your sound card.
Go to Start > Run and type:
msconfig
and click ok. Click on the Startup Tab and uncheck the below startup.
[ATICCC] "C:\Program Files\ATI Technologies\ATI.ACE\cli.exe"
Reboot. You will get a message about Selective Startup. Check the box that say's "Do not show me this again" (or similar wording). Let us know if this helped.
