Ok. First I want you to back up a registry key as I will be deleting it.

Go to "Search programs and files" next to the Start orb and copy and paste the below command:

regedit /e C:\enecir.txt "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\enecir"
You will see it appear at the top of the Menu. Doubleclick on it. This will export the contents of that key to a "enecir.txt" file in your C folder. Click on your C folder and find enecir.txt and and copy and paste the contents in this thread.
