Client brings in an HP 13 c020na netbook with approx 30gb drive in it with Win 8
He needs to install a program that needs 4.5gb space on the C drive (approx 21Gb)
I can only get to 3.5gb free space on the main partition
There is a 7.5gb Recovery partition - so my idea was to remove a folder with the .wim files in and then move the partition to make more space on the C drive
Did that, but the OS would not boot - replaced the .wim files - all OK
So how come the OS relies on the recovery sector to boot ?
And is there another way around this ??
