Did you download and install something ? There are new files.
Open the control panel -> add/remove programs
Uninstall if present : personalmoneytree , SurfAccuracy , YourSiteBar.
Reboot.
Then, close all browser windows, run only HijackThis and tick :
(some may be uninstalled, now.)

PocketKillBox.Unzip it and run it.
Tick "Delete on reboot".
In "Paste full path of file..", copy/paste : C:\WINDOWS\System32\qlink32.dll
Click "Delete file" (the white cross.)
Let the computer reboot and post a new log, please.
