Well, since you can boot with your rescue disk, on it does it give you an option to save files and reinstall? Or find a restore point?
If this does not work, open the case, disconnect the DVD, Floppy (if you have one) any other drive, just leaving the drive with windows on it. Also if you have a video card, take out the put back in to research it. Now try and boot.
