android update
Hi I have been informed that my android 5.0.2 system is the reason I can't install messenger, and that I should upgrade it. 5.1.1 or newer. Is this true? Messenger downloads but won't install. I've tried everything that Samsung suggests with no success. This tablet Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 had messenger installed until I reset it to factory settings. I don't know what to do anymore. Can you help.
