You have two antivirus programs installed, with both Panda and Norton. These will have corrupted each other, as well as system functions, so both will need to be removed. Be sure to save any registration key code for which one you plan to reinstall (only one).
Go to Start - Control Panel - Programs - Programs and Features/Uninstall, then click on each of the following programs, if they show there, and click "Uninstall/Change".
Panda Security Toolbar - Search hijacker.
Toolbar Cleaner 1.0 - Installs Conduit adware, search hijacker.
Hotspot Shield 3.25 - Not trustworthy software. Often considered spyware.
Then uninstall each of these, rebooting between each uninstall (important):
Panda Cloud Antivirus
Norton Internet Security

Leave the system without antivirus protection for now, until we finish cleaning things.

AdwCleaner by Xplode onto your desktop.
- Double click on AdwCleaner.exe to run the tool.
- Click on J'accepte.
- Click on Search.
- Click on Report.
- A logfile will automatically open.
- Please post the contents of that logfile with your next reply.
- You can find the logfile at C:\AdwCleaner[R1].txt as well.
