I am not a gamer but:

Most hard core gamers believe in AMD processors. However Intel new I series is probably just as good. Here is a comparison:

Memory:

I personally am a G-Skill fan, although Kingston is certainly a good one.
From what I read G-Skill is the preferred memory for hard core gamers and over clockers

Everything you picked either scenario is good.

Your first choice is the processor, then build around it.

PSU
Most folks overlook the Power Supply but it can impact performance.

As you listed both are 750W which will be sufficient for your rig as you have already selected I totally agree with A PSU 80 Plus Gold or Platinum

It's really hard to advise someone on any particular brand, as each has its own feature and you have to determine which features you want. i.e, number of USB slots, number of SATA ports type of Sound (unless your going with a separate sound card), will you be using SLI,

Hard Drive

Definitely a SSD then the second drive WD are good drives
