I ran the cc cleaner and the pop up is still there. Here is a SilentRunners log. If I could delete that malware, might my problem be solved?

Acroblaze, I ran the Add ware and the add-on. I then rebooted the computer, and the porn site still popped-up upon restart. Here is the SilentRunners log:
