FYI - A file shodoc401.dll was damage or changed. I replaced the file and I am back up and running!!!

I have a 4200 and a 4400 I get this error when the cartridge goes bad. I have seen it happen twice. Now, I have about 6 cartridges on hand. Not the ink!! but the main cartridge that holds both color...

NO task bar or programs in task manager!!!

Windows Boots, my mouse works, cd drive works, floppy is okay, Registry seems okay, I get to the screen for my password and put it in as normal, but then something different happens: I get no desktop...
