Abiword file "appears to be invalid document"

I have an inventory list I made and it's saved as an abiword document.

Would open just fine until a few days ago.

Now it is saying "appears to be invalid document".

I tried to transfer it...

After a while, it will say request timeout.
It's only on ebay. The other websites work just fine.

I'm beginning to think it's my antivirus that's making my internet lag.

I use bit defender.
