The BIOS ROM/EEPROM is dead.

The CPU was confirmed as working by plugging into a friends MBO. It ran fine...

MB onboard diagnostics don't seem to be doing anything.

I am starting to incline myself towards the MB as being the culprit.

I disconnected everything except the CPU -PSU and removed all the memory; the MB still showed "FF" and i did not get any error...
