I found you have to manully resize the second window you can not use maximize button as it will not work. You must click and drag the second window tot he size and then hold CTRL and close window.

SMS run time error "9"
I am getting a run time error "9" when I launch Outlook express.
I have tried to run IEFix.exe and still getting teh error.
Ran file protection and still getting error.

Still doing the same thing.
Holding CRTL has no effect.
