When you get to the menu try pressing Last Known...

When you get to the menu try pressing Last Known Good Configuration.

That might help to solve it.

Hum. Try doing a memtest. Could be bad memory, and that is usually problem.
If not, could definitely be the windows installation and or a bad drive.

Post back with the memtest results =D

You can get a cheap 20$ sound card that will fix all of your problems. Just buy a CHEAP soundblaster...and you'll be fine.

I had the same problem with my HP pc. Just installed a cheap sound...

IF your 100% sure on the drivers, you changed slots and re-seated the card, then disabled on-board...then you should try to return and exchange that card. ;)

I have had really bad experience with Dlink...but dosen't meen its bad....

Just get some cheap usb2.0 male to female cords...and you can use them in the front...for flash drives and such. ;)

Its possible. As long as Windows recognizes it as drive...it can format it. Since...you connected it to multiple pc's and got the same result...it seems theres not much that can be done.
