what res are you playing on, you got a 24"...
what res are you playing on, you got a 24" monitor that's a pretty big resolution, 1920 x 1080 would by my guess, try lowering your res if your on the max cause i don't think the 8600 is made for...

if your cpu is already an AM2 socket type then...
if your cpu is already an AM2 socket type then yes, all you would need to do is upgrade to ddr2 ram, if your cpu is that 462(A) socket type then you'd have to upgrade both cpu and ram or look really...
