It's a standard corporate install of IE and there is no pop-up stopping software.

It appears to be sites with pop-up JavaScript...

It appears to be sites with pop-up JavaScript windows that open when the page loads. Still, I can't find any information on this being a bug or how to fix it.

I'm sure that www.mapquest.com and www.news.com...

I'm sure that www.mapquest.com and www.news.com do not have javascripts that are closing my browser on purpose. Anyone else have problems with these sites?

Explorer 5.0 closes without warning

When I browse to certain URLs my browser (IE 5.00.3314) will close without any error messages or warning whatsoever. Anyone have an idea on what might be causing this shutdown?
