Non dmg portable apps
Is there a portable internet browser that doesnt require a dmg in order to work. under the account i am in i can not mount disks for obvious reasons. I have looked but have not found any.

U3 on a non u3 drive
I have a non u3 flash drive that is one GB in size and i want to know if i can put u3 or some other software that is simular on the flashdrive so that it acts like a u3 drive.
