well i don't think i have anymore problems.. but so is that Servoce: Remote Procedure Call (RPC) Extensions (RpcxXx) - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\system32\rpcxss.exe ok? i don't have to remove it?

another attempt..
* i tried to run safemode, but every time i went to the safemode prompt, my keyboard froze and i couldn't scroll through my selections so i couldn't get into safemode at all...
* i could not find...
