Even opening msconfig or My Computer Properties...

Even opening msconfig or My Computer Properties causes the appropriate exe file to have a 'bad image error'. The problem was present throughout all the clean boot stages too.

Didn't work. Pop-ups appeared as it restarted after checking.

EDIT: Live Messenger won't sign in either now, and wlcomm.exe rockets to about 85% CPU usage.
