Thanks for that. I've just done that, and taken ownership of all the Desktop folders from default, users, public, etc and it still won't let me save to desktop?

Hi,

I'm running Windows 7 Home Premium, and everytime I try and save to desktop or a folder on the desktop it won't let me. All I get is 'You do not have permission to save in this location....

Yes I do; as I said before the problem isnt the website not locating the desired page, its like the links are set to #, they just don't work. I should also point out that I'm using IE7 and it works...
