something wrong with dvd drive?

When i put a dvd in and play it, it seems that the graphics are messed up or something, Like it skips parts of the movie and all, plus its blurry so what do i do?

Mcafee does not detect my viruses I'm pretty sure: Moved by Murray

Im more than positive i have viruses and spyware on my computer, But the only that i have protecting me is Mcafee security center, which came with my computer, But the thing is I hear really bad...
