The easiest solution would be to run a cat6 cable to the room from your existing router/switch or go wireless. Or move your cable modem (if thats what you use for your ISP) to that room.

I would suggest trying different WiFi channels to see if that decreases the interference. Usually WiFi routers are set to 6 by default. I would try a different number to see if that helps.
