I was in the process of typing to you that it had been stuck on 12% for over 3 hours but I looked up and it finished. I'll let you know if that did the trick.

This is not my month first problems with moms notebook now tonight my PC is freezing up and real slow I brought up Resource monitor through Task manager and my disc was at 100% and Memory at 76% and...
