Er.., weird, i didn't perform Windows Restore.., as i do not have any restore point seems i had just reformatted my OS.. I had this problem after reinstalled my XP......

i am not too sure what does it too.., but it works for me.. Maybe if fixes Win update DLLs that got errors or missing? :dizzy:

I never have this problem since i started using...
I never have this problem since i started using XP few years ago until recently i formated my pc and reinstalled my XP..
So then i was looking for the fix, and i am so glad i found this, it works...
