my drive i bought a week ago it will burn cd/dvds but it will not read them such as vista dvd-rom or dvd-rw and i can seem to find a firmware update for this drive either... this is my drive info

opon your video problem
you may be having a hardware conflict between your nvidia motherboard mcp
chipset and the ati x850xt this is caused by the two opposite companys if this is the problem you should try to use...
