I also thought it was interesting that the ECS...
I also thought it was interesting that the ECS guide made no mention of copying the utility and ROM to the floppy. I read about some flashing methods where you direct it to look for the those files...

Well I tried adding .exe to the utility name, as well as noticing I was leaving out a 0 in the ROM name (10025S as opposed to 1025S). I also left a space between each of the command switches (/p /b...

you wouldn't happen to have another power supply you could test? otherwise, sounds like an issue w/ the board. you could double check your connections on the board where the case switches...
