I also thought it was interesting that the ECS...
I also thought it was interesting that the ECS guide made no mention of copying the utility and ROM to the floppy. I read about some flashing methods where you direct it to look for the those files...

you wouldn't happen to have another power supply you could test? otherwise, sounds like an issue w/ the board. you could double check your connections on the board where the case switches...
