In my documents that does not work. Neither does turning off view as a web page in active desktop.
View as a web page works in all other folders.

Any idea how I can change the setting in My Documents so I can view that folder as a web page.

She can send after she clicks out of that error message. Still all incoming mail is redirected to the ISP's web mail.

There was no setting up of OE it had been running...

There was no setting up of OE it had been running for a month or so. I had her over the phone verify that the OE setting were correct as best she remembers and did compare them to my OE settings....

Programs closing in an unusual way

Whenever I close a program or minimize it, including Opera, it slowly closes by scrolling closed from top to bottom. Always in the past everything went poof and it was closed.
I've seen this before...

My prefered way is to edit the registry...

Did you look in
C:\windows\appliction data\mozilla\firefox\profiles\ff4suj9c.default

that last sub-directory may be differant on your computer, not sure.
