I was trying to install the 8.1 preview and it errored out on me. I didn't think it was going to be a problem because the next thing it said was that it was restoring my previous OS and everything...

The video card is actually directly on the main board. I have inspected it and found no burn marks and nothing is loose.

With the top cover off (No Keyboard) plugged in I see the light indicating power to the mobo. The plug from the A/C adapter to the mobo (Inside the case) is seated fine as well.

I have already done that too. I could not see any physical damage what-so-ever. Everything is plugged in tightly and in the correct spot. No burn signs, exploded capacitors, etc...

You and me both. There is a fan, even the CD/DVD drive checks to see if there is something in it. No HDD activity or screen activity at all.

Did not come on. I did notice a second power light and HDD light that are not lit at all. The light is on the side of the computer (Front Left Side)
