Bittorrent problem
Whenever it finishes downloading a file it says "completed/seeding" but yet it doesn't seem like it is really complete cuz when I go to load the file the whole directory is still full of just rar...

Internet connection slow
Figured this would be a better place for this...I have a 1.5MB cable internet connection, and instead of downloading at around 180kb/s, in the last couple of weeks it downloads around 3kb...tried...
