computer randomly shuts down

so my computer randomly shuts down. and i noticed that the UPS service was stopped.. when i try and start the service i get error 2481..

the processor is running at 52 degrees C

if you are using windows xp... run msconfig...

if you are using windows xp...

run msconfig and click on the services tab, then check the box that says 'hide all microsoft services'

then just uncheck the AVG stuff

when you just say shut down it means turn off and...

when you just say shut down it means turn off and leave off, and restart means to turn it back on when you turn it off

Also 9 times out of 10 there isnt an admin password and you can just hit enter...
