Oh nevermind, I figured it out. Turns out it was booting the PE disc I thought it was booting into windows and I couldn't figure it out when the windows screen would come up. My Bad :S

What PSU are you using ? Are all extra power cables plugged in? For graphics, +12v auxiliary?

Then it's the same, Swap file / Page file is the same thing. It's all virtual memory.

Maybe wait for someone who knows more about this, Lol. I have just gone and confused myself even more.

Memory Management is different YES.

Windows uses Virtual Memory along with RAM. I am not too sure what Ubuntu uses, But I doubt they use Virtual Memory like Windows.

You should be able to reinstall the OS using the OS discs. Space on the HDD will be "unallocated" but the OS can partition it again to install the OS onto.

Windows will create everything, Just make sure you are using the correct drivers. I suggest you look at slipstreaming the RAID drivers onto your Vista CD using Nlite.
