Yea there is literally nothing wrong with the machine other than it's running hard and won't show the desktop it boots up fine no abnormal sounds while booting it loads the welcome screen you enter...

I have a Gateway AIO ZX6971 initially it was restore to factory settings but after it restored and went into gateways program installs it stalled it was like in a loop...
