Yes, it is set to boot from CD. I get a prompt to hit enter to boot from cd or dvd.

Windows Vista Home Premium:
I said yes to a Windows update and now my computer will not boot, not into safe mode either. It won't boot from the rescue cd's or from the installation disc microsoft...
