Linux Mint 12
I just installed LinuxMint 12.
I can't find. "Games" or "WorkSpaces" Does anybody know where they are please? |
Well... I tried all 3 releases. No games. Even 'Lisa' doesn't supply 'Games' as a default install.
With my 'Workspaces' problem. 'Debian' offers it. So I have gone back to the 'RollOver' edition. |
I Linux-Mint-Debian-Xfce I tried to get the gnome-games by download.
I did this:- Menu > terminal > sudo apt-get install gmome games A this is the result. dave@dave ~ $ sudo apt-get install gnome games [sudo] password for dave: Reading package lists... Done Building dependency tree Reading state information... Done E: Unable to locate package games dave@dave ~ $ Does anybody know what else I am supposed to do please? |
Oh well... I fixed it.
1st). I got the latest updates. 2nd) I went into 'Package Manager' and called up 'gnome games'. This time it came up and installed. Now 'Menu' has 'Games' listed in it with 15 games in it. So. All is now going good. |
