I connected my FlipZ phone to my computer and a CDC Serial had no drivers, so you couldn't see the phone contents in Explorer. I can't get Samsung support because the FlipZ is not listed. Some USB driver. Anyone already solve this?

how are you connecting? DeX, cable, your phone app or what? What OS on the pc?

Sorry I haven't replied till now.
{Got way to many things going on right now.}

First off......

If this is a ZTE Flip-phone.
Connect USB-Serial Cable to Computer and Phone.
Power on the Phone.
On the Phone select the Menu.
Then go to Settings {Gear Icon} in menu.
Select it.
Then scroll down to System.
Select it.
Now scroll down to Connect to PC.
Select it.
Now you will have 3 options.
Charge only
Install Driver
Media device
First select the Install Driver.
This will download and install drivers for transfering files on to the computer.
Once that is done.
Use Media device, and your computer should see the phone.

I forgot this is a Samsung Z Flip Phone!

It is pretty strait forward on how to transfer files off to a PC.
