I love an old fashioned peanut butter and jelly sandwich

Beans on toast, just remember to lay the toaster flat. :p

Anything in a plastic package usually works.

boost bars and coke

i had 6 boost bars and 3 cokes yesterday

(boost bars= energy thingys)

Caramelised biscuits. Come handy in 2 buiscuits pack.

Take one slice of bread. pop under grill and toast one side.. meanwhile slice some strong cheddar and thinly slice a red onion. Turn toast over and put cheese on and onion and sprinkle with herbs.... grill until bubbling ....delicious....in fact i have made myself hungry.. back in 5 minutes:D
