I forgot my login again and had to request my password that did not work so I tried contacting administrator and nothing loaded on screen. How do you get help if you forget your password? How do I update my email?

You're clearly logged in now, can't you send a message to the admin (MishY or Zipulrich) explaining the situation, and asking for help?

I can change your email, but you would need as lufbra said, send a IM to either Mishy or Zip for password help.
