Exclamation RAID 0 problems. trying to install Vista!! HELP!

My TA790GX has an integrated RAID controller. i set up my 2 320gb WD harddrives in RAID 0 and booted from Vista install CD. Vista didnt recognizw the harddrives so i loaded the driver for my RAID 0 controller and it recognized it as one 640gb hardirve. when i clicked next it said that vista couldnt verify that my machine has a valid volume. tried this several times with no luck.

thanks

oh and when i went into the raid options and created the RAID array it said that it would erase the MBR of the harddrives. i know you have to have a mbr to install vista so how can i get it back or how can i create one?

Windows will create everything, Just make sure you are using the correct drivers. I suggest you look at slipstreaming the RAID drivers onto your Vista CD using Nlite.
