Sorry, didn't see that you replied. Typing problems there?

As you can tell Malwarebytes only found the unwanted software you had installed.

10 has Windows Defender built in. In the Start Search box type defender. Then click to open the Windows Defender Security Center (or similar name - every version of 10 is different). Once it opens, right click on it's taskbar icon and select Pin to taskbar. This will then be a way to open it when you want to.
