trickle internet to a certain pc.

Hi all,

I currently have virgin 300mb+. Is there any way of restricting the speed to certain computers?

Basically my son starts a levels next week and he has a summer house where all his pc PlayStation tv etc are. I want to restrict his gaming capability ideally monday to friday.

I csnt do this on the virgin 3.0 hub os there a router i can do this on and set up virgon as a modem ? And if it is possible what speed wpuld i need to restrict it to so he can still use his pc for school work?
