Removing unwanted programs

In my Program files I see a couple of programs that I am unable to uninstall. When I try, I get a dialog box that says the administrator's permission is needed. How do I go about getting it? Thanks.

what programs? you can always go to the programs folder and see if it has its own uninstaller. if so, right click it and run as administrator to uninstall.

I ran the Fixit program but midway through it asks for a 35 character code. The only codes I have are:
Win 8.1 product ID (19 characters) and CD Key (25 characters)
I tried both but would not let me proceed further.

ShopperPro is malware/spyware, try free Malwarebytes may find and remove it. Click on download FREE VERSION.

If that does not get rid of it then post in our Malware Removal Forum they can check and make sure your not infected.

The Malwarebytes detected several suspect files and quarantined them but did not remove ShopperPro program. I tried to delete it by using command prompt but am having trouble with the syntax when I type c:\program files (x86).
If I just type c:\program files I can access the folder.
What is the proper syntax for the (x86) folder?

Deleting the folder will not remove the malware, it has infected your registry.

Try this:

Close everything then;

Open Task Manager (hit Ctrl>Alt>Delete)

Click on Task Manager

Under Processes

Kill everything you see that has anything to do with ShopperPro or YouTube Accelerator

Now try uninstalling it through Uninstall Programs also if it does come up about shared files click YES

If this does not work then I would try ADWARE, download and run the FREE one

you also need to make sure your remove it from your browser. Go into your addon/extensions and get rid of it there too.

you can try the hidden admin and see if it will allow you to uninstall.
