PC just keep crashing with a blue screen.

mi PC just keep crashing with a blue screen and i can't understand what the problem is.
can some1 help me read the error report?
what i get is

Hi 00smita. If you send me the below file (and any other .dmp files created at the time of the crash), I might be able to help you identify what is causing your problem but no promises.

C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\011810-18546-01.dmp

Copy them to a new folder, zip it up (this is important) and email it to me (include a link to this thread) and title your email "Minidump". My address is anniefriday@xtra.co.nz I will post back when I have checked them out.

Hi again 00smita. I received your email but you sent me shortcuts to the dumps which of course I cant open because the originals are on your computer.

To copy the files, rightclick and choose "Copy". Open the folder you created and rightclick again and choose "Paste".
