Question Random long beeps during normal operation, please HELP!!

Dear guys,
I had this Vaio Flip SVF13N13CXB (US version) bought recently and there have already been so many problems coming up since then. After a while, things got better and I was raising hope that my laptop would run smoothly. However, today while I was working with Firefox, Windows Photos Live and MS Word, there occurred random long beeps like 5-6 times (2 seconds).

Here is the recording (it happened at the last seconds): https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B6...EE5M3AzcXpHRnM

For more details, my laptop once had experienced waking up after 15 minutes of sleep after I had upgraded some drivers with VAIO Update and installed Photoshop CS6 and... Photoshop CC on the device. So I had to restore it to the previous state, which seems to stop the waking up problem. And now I'm stuck again...

I appreciate all of you coming up advice!
Thanks a lot in advance!

Would you say that the beeping matches the description below:
Repeated high frequency beeps while PC is running
If so, that indicates the processor (CPU) is overheating.

You may want to give the following link a look if it is overheating.
