Unsolvable problem with network

Hello everyone! Here is my problem. Recently i've moved to the new place which has wi-fi connection. After I try connect to it i get message that it is limited and the internet is rapidly dropping. I've tried refreshing my pc, updating network drivers, doing different tasks with cmd but nothing works. However, i can connect to the internet in other places like university and etc. Sometimes I can connect to it but i stay online max 40min and then again limited. Do you guys have any suggestions how to fix it? Really apreciatte for your time !( just saw that ipv4 has no connection to the internet although i can see my duration of being online)

Welcome to CTH

Could just be the wireless modem signal is weak from the source, not your computer. Where is the WiFi device located, is the signal coming thru walls? Need more info. Also is this a Laptop or PC? Which model? Are you the only one using the WiFi?

Hello, thanks for reply ! I am using laptop -asus k55vj . The wi fi device is located on the first floor while i am living in the 2nd. I am not the only one using it. There are from 4 to 6 people using it. But i dont think that iis because of weak signal. I have tried connect when i was alone and near the wireless device but nothing happened.

If you had Windows 8 and it worked OK, then upgraded to Windows 8.1 then it could be a driver issue. The latest driver:

Check the date of the driver in Device Manager is it this one?
